At Iberia Roblox we apologize and we will try to solve your incident
If you had any incident when receiving your suitcase at any of the Roblox airport collection carousels, you will be paid a benefit from the bus fare for the next flight.
If you do not meet the capacity of your suitcase or checked hand luggage, in the hold or in the cabin, you will have to pay a fee of 10 robux depending on the weight.
We remind you that depending on your vehicle rate, you will only be able to carry cabin or hold luggage for check-in.
Have you received your luggage damaged?
We comply with the luggage regulations and promise to our passengers. Exceptional and quality service is guaranteed in the care of your luggage. Your suitcase may have minor damages that come from wear and tear and we will be responsible for them. For major damages you will open a ticket on our Discord server.
